Welcome Program for the 2025 Batch Students

Notice

The Welcome Program for the 2025 Batch Students is scheduled to be held on May 15, 2026 (Jestha 1, 2083) at the Nepal Academy Hall.

Interested students from the Fourth, Sixth, and Eighth Semesters are invited to fill out the registration form for volunteering and participation in the event. The links for volunteer registration and participation are provided below.

Deadline for Volunteers Regsitration is 28 Baishak 2083 (11 May 2026)

Selection of Volunteers and Final List will be published on 29 Baishak 2083 (May 12,2026)

Second Semester students can participate in the Mr. Fresher / Ms. Fresher competition by filling out the participant form mentioned below.
